LYNNETTE J. CALLENDER,
Your PALM COAST ATTORNEY:
Lynnette J. Callender earned her B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College in Westchester County, N.Y.
Thereafter, while attending Howard University School of Law, in Washington, D.C., she earned an Executive Appointment as a Law Clerk in the Division of Administrative Law Judges. As a Law Clerk, among her duties she served, as Associate Editor of the National Labor Relations Board Administrative Procedure Manual. Just prior to graduation from Law School, Lynnette Callender’s technical skills allowed her to complete a dossier on federal tax legislation while on assignment to the House Ways and Means Committee as a Congressional legislative assistant.
Prior to making a home in Palm Coast with her Family, Lynnette practiced law in the New York, New Jersey and the Pennsylvania Metropolitan region. She was an Associate Professor at Hofstra University in Hempstead, L.I., N.Y. in the Graduate and UndergraduateDivision.
Later, she has served as a Local Affiliate Attorney of the Florida Council Against Domestic Violence – Family Life Center Safe House, and she is a past member of the Daytona Community College, Board of Trustees, now Daytona State College.
And when not in the Flagler County Court or her office, Ms. Callender serves as an Arbitrator in the Office of Attorney General Bill McCollum.
